"USED CAR RACKET" FROM THE USA TO JEDDAH SAUDI ARABIA

In the USA (certain ethnic) car dealers ship used and or stolen vehicles to the Middle East (Iraq) for resale.

Just for example, a used car dealer in Tampa Fl would send vehicles to the JAX-Port in Jacksonville were the cars would be sent by rail to Savanah GA for transfer to a NYK Line container ship bound for Jeddah SA (or Dubai), see map above.

Such a shipment would cost $1,400 but since a late model Lexus SUV would bring 2 times the retail when sold in the Middle East (Iraq) as compared to the USA, the profit margin is huge, especially if the car had been stolen.

Do the math on 6 cars a month shipped to Jeddah SA, where the late model Lexus SUV would bring $29,000 as compared to $14,500 in the USA, if stolen your only cost is the shipping and once in Saudi Arabia the vehicle is untraceable.
